效率太低，登记入住的时候至少等了10分钟，没有传说中的服务好，而且前台三个服务员都没有把客人当回事，套房开完暖气后特别冷，给的房间是一个不怎么经常住的房间，设施什么的都比较一般，有点老化。

酒店很干净，大床睡着也很舒服，吃饭r可以有优惠的，不过早餐感觉太一般了，可以选择的不是很多，价格也不高

酒店卫生环境都很好，早餐丰盛，还可以点中晚餐，服务很到位，房费里包含了许多免费消费项目，还有高铁免费接送服务，非常赞，下次还来。

必须说我是个懒人，基本不写评论！但这次觉得不评论有点对不起良心！19日下午三点订房，联系酒店后安排车3:50准时在三门峡南站接车；司机穿着整洁服务热情。到酒店前台后有服务人员端上热茶及热毛巾，快速办理入住后又有服务人员引导到电梯旁并陪同等电梯。到房间后看到干净整洁的环境，尤其还有一小桶纯净水。再看吧台上放的水、饮料、方便面、薯片前有一纸牌告诉顾客免费提供！大概半小时后有服务人员敲门送水果及热的银耳汤！全程感觉非常热情和贴心，而且能感觉得到这种热情是淳朴的、发自内心的！楼下的羊肉馆味道也不错，免费提供稀饭及小菜，值得一去。尽管住了两天没有享用酒店免费提供的水及食物，但心里也是暖暖的！向旅客推荐这家店，我是长期在外出差的，但我感觉这是我住过的服务最好的酒店！向酒店的管理者及全部服务人员致敬，你们太棒了??！
