比较老的四星级酒店，房间内设施比较陈旧，听前台说马上要重新装修了！服务非常棒，入住后出去吃个饭回来一进门吓一跳，窗帘拉起来，以为有什么人进了房间！再一看，床上放了一支玫瑰花，连马桶里都有花瓣儿，哈哈！不错的体验！

酒店的服务态度，实在太差了， 前台收银员的服务态度及素质，实在太差，比路边一个四五十块钱的小旅馆的服务员的态度还差，以后会尽量不考虑住这酒店，除非实在没办法。

目测酒店设施和装修，应该属于比较老的酒店。电路老化，开灯后有电线烧焦的味道，经工程人员检查无大碍；房间窗子关不严，酒店安排了靠公路一侧的房间，各种大小车辆通过时噪音很大；不知是酒店自营还是周边的KTV，凌晨两点还在欢唱，影响休息。一次比较差的住宿体验。

酒店旁就是廖廓公园，早上行山，很写意。老牌大酒店，有专业的服务、超大的停车场、丰富的早餐、舒适安静的环境，维护管理良好。建议更换浴室喷头，太旧了。

老四星酒店，椅子表面都是破损的，家具也斑驳了，地毯迹印也多，其它卫生还好！据说过几个月酒店要升级装修了，唉，怪不得~不过早餐不错。
