看海听海都很好，室内布置与其它同房型缺了很多东西，多出钱的部分就因为与海的距离吧！

优点：1、宾馆出门就是海，估计是青岛离海最近的宾馆了
2、交通方便，出门就是哪里都到的231环线
3、水量挺大的，洗澡一点没有问题
缺点：1、房间太小，而且里面没有电吹风，对不起这个价钱，本来想定一条马路之隔的金宏，也就贵了几十块钱，只可惜新装修好有味道
2、前台结帐出现问题，导致我还要异地汇款过去，造成了手续费还要我自己买单
3、房间隔音非常不好，走廊里讲话听的一清二楚

挺安静的 海景不错 就是周围没有什么消费的地方 但是要去广场的话打车10元能到 3-4公里吧 就能到比较繁华的地方 房间挺大的 感觉有少许空旷 但是不优惠的话不便宜 有优惠的话还是挺不错的
