房间空调器不好用又换到17楼，晚上送水果服务员拿了两个香蕉一个橘子两个玩具，用手把水果给我放下，说盘子拿走不够用，四星酒店缺水果盘吗？这个酒店管理太差了，服务态度还不如快捷酒店。

酒店设施太老化，服务员服务还不如快捷酒店的服务。下午2点多发现空调不好用，修了修高速我的的七八点空调也许可以了。
