酒店就在江边，望江房景观一流，房间够大床品舒服。西餐厅早餐环境优美，食品还算不错。10月2号入住，傍晚外出觅食后回来遇上市民都涌出来看灯饰，酒店门前的沿江路严重堵车，路过酒店门口无法进入，只能顺应车流在路上兜了一个多小时才回到酒店。酒店应该提前告知住客晚上酒店门前观看灯饰人流较多，注意避开车流高峰时段进出酒店。

酒店坐落在江边，我们定的圆景家庭套房，有两个室，一个大床两个单人床，两个🚻，房间宽敞，窗外望去既能看到酒店的园景和泳池，也能看到江景，总体来说还是非常不错的。

酒店环境不错，在江边，散步方便。房间设施很好，面积大，风景好，设备新，很安静，非常的满意。缺点是没有在市区中心，这边是新区，生活配套不太方便。

来清远跑马拉松住这里，
酒店是老牌酒店，各方面都不错，风景也很好，
只是时间久远，装修和床品有点跟不上时代了，
其他的都很好！
入住当天还免费给跑马拉松的选手送了快餐，点赞，
另外针对跑马拉松的选手可以延迟到下午3点退房很给力，
下次来清远还会入住

入住了许多次了，本来酒店一直以来各方面条件都不错，包括卫生、环境和服务。但是最近一两年每次入住房间都很大的烟味空气质量非常差很难受，建议吸烟房与无烟房分开并处理好房间的空气污染问题，另外：中歺厅服务质量跟不上，服务员态度很一般，上菜速度极慢，每上一个菜都是冷的！拿去厨房打热半天没人端出来！总之这些方面比前几年差了，没有改变的话不会考虑再入住。
