房间不错.前台服务也很亲切.门口就有充电桩.电车来了也很方便.房间也很有特色.还给我们免费开了KTV唱歌??团建一流.还包早餐.性价比很高.

装饰好看 环境舒服 不吵安静 还有挺多娱乐设施 ktv音质不错 早餐也ok 温泉有三池水很棒哦 可以有下次 期待一大家子再来

去的时候是回南天，中午的小姐姐提前开好了抽湿，所以房间很舒爽，但被子有一点点潮湿的味道～
下午在娱乐室打麻将，晚上泡温泉，很大的池，非常舒服～

房间很漂亮 ，附近的餐厅也可以没有踩雷 ，建议去旅游要带点小吃零食 ，泡完温泉会很饿 ，附近没有外卖，但是附近有草莓园可以摘草莓

房间很乾净 服务也很好！每天都有水果送进房间 每个房间有配一把伞！好贴心 终於找到合适的温泉啦
池子也很大！周围外卖比较少 但周围农庄味道不错 适合情侣 也适合三五好友来玩 麻将和桌球都可以随便玩 早餐也蛮不错的～总之过得很开心

我很想知道700块的房间到底住了什麽鬼，跟自己乡下的破房子一样 就一张破床，一个池 这照片真是照骗！服务员态度差到爆 中午12点一直敲门催退房 明明2点退的，12点就催…很没礼貌！差评！超级差评！

环境：环境不错，温泉也可以。
衞生：因为天气原因，多加了100升级到了家庭房，衞生间有股尿骚味，马桶会反水，很臭，但是不敢喊前台处理。
设施：房间里有两台空调，有部是坏的…打电话跟前台説，前台：你们是不是没有开到最高温度啊？後面来到了，一进屋子就説她觉得很暖，她穿这麽多，肯定暖啊…这种天气，别以为人家没住过酒店开过暖气啊，正常的暖气在屋子里麪穿件短袖就可以了…前台觉得暖就暖咯…??一楼里面穿毛衣都冷…迫於无奈，只能去阁楼睡觉。
服务：刚入房间，就让前台帮忙拿一次性拖鞋，她説让阿姨给我们，好的我们等，结果等了10多分钟都没有来，还是自己去了前台拿。睡醒差不多过了一个多小时，阿姨才拿来拖鞋??很搞笑的。水仅提供两瓶，後面让你自己买。

We had a wonderful time staying at Zen Hotspring Retreat. The facilities were great and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it for both couples and families.
