公共环境布置很温馨，很适合朋友聚会、亲子游，工作人员也很热情，有问必答，房间衞生也很整洁，改变了本人对民宿的认识。我们是三大两小出行，觉得一切都很方便，大人可以休闲，小朋友也玩得很开心。暑假应该还会再来，推荐！

Overall room condition is comfortable. We booked room with hot spring. The hot spring design is a bit disappointed as it don’t look like just one year old! Have to climb out to switch on or to switch off the water tap. Very inconvenient.
At night time, there is insects and mosquitoes when you are enjoying the hot spring! Very annoying!
Breakfast is reasonable.

Great value for money. Modern and clean with a nice Chinese breakfast selection. Not many shops nearby so buy snacks and drinks ahead of your trips. Enough local restaurants in walking distance for dinner.

衞生太差了，床上有头发，订的是两房一厅，其中一个房间的花洒调温有问题，叫了前台过来，检查後跟我説花洒的水管接错了，説现在没法修，我问他怎麽办，他説先用另外一个房间的来洗澡吧，然後就走了。完全没理会客人的感受，服务态度差极了！小童玩乐区部分设施存在安全隐患，酒店管理不成熟。

环境：我最近去了一家温泉酒店，整体感觉非常不错。酒店的环境非常宁静，四周环绕着郁郁葱葱的树木，让人感觉非常放松。
服务：看了之前顾客的点评以为全部房间都有独立泡池所以订了特价房，麻烦透了。幸亏店客服很好，免费给升级了带泡池的房间。谢谢啊，以後有机会还要再去入住。
设施：独立泡池很大，可以容纳四人，温泉水很舒服。

环境偏僻，吃饭没什麽选择，整个民宿区很小，不用5分钟就逛完，几乎没有娱乐可选，里面的泳池很小，水看上去很黄，很脏，不知道多久换一次水（反正我当天3点入住到次日11点退房都没见到换水，）房间虽然很大，但空荡荡，部分灯都开不了，房间光线不好，衞生搞得也不太乾净，地上和沙发上还有其他人掉落的头发。早餐就几样，粥，炒米粉，猪肠粉，番薯，玉米，蛋，喝的东西都没有，总之环境就很一般，体验比较差，不值800多……
