酒店服务相当不错，温馨服务。特别好评西餐厅的早餐和晚餐，真心不错，品种丰富。早餐不仅有西餐，还有适合国人口味的中餐。晚餐生鱼片很新鲜，点心和冰淇淋🍦很多，很好吃。

位置很好，门口就是海滩。服务很好，工作人员都很热情，帮忙拿行李，帮忙叫车，送小朋友小玩具，提供新鲜水果。早餐品类也比较丰富。床略小了一点点。总体满意

入住不太愉快，等到下午五点半，过程也比较混乱。服务态度很好，入住后客服马上来电致歉并登门送了礼物。后续住得比较舒心，毕竟青岛最佳酒店的名号也非浪得虚名。
