预订时没有担保，酒店留房到2点，不巧飞机晚点，结果要担保，被告知无法担保，这是艺龙分销给携程的，酒店关房，之类的解释，就是做不了担保，房间到2点取消，问题是这次定了两间，一间担保了，不可能一家人住两个地方。来来回回给艺龙酒店携程打电话，最后还是让朋友去酒店付的款。不能理解。有负分的话，打负分。

给爸妈定的。他们反映酒店太老了，中央5台收不到。洗澡的蓬头取不下来，给小朋友洗澡特别不方便。酒店wifi信号不好，4g在那也是3g。空调更是老，连温度显示都没有，靠温度计看。还是定的比较好的商务海景大床房，但第一天的感觉真是一般

酒店位置很好，附近都是景点，卫生跟服务态度不错。结账的时候要收一瓶依云水的钱，服务员送来的时候说是免费的，上面有没价格标签。。。美中不足
