和新的酒店比起，君澜确实硬件不够好。不过服务绝对最棒。去免税店的酒店大巴坐满了，工作人员帮助付的车费，打车前往。

五年前来过这里，当时还叫凯宾斯基。因离机场近，离岛前一天又选择住在这里。服务很棒，工作人员很热情周到，住的泳池房，游泳很方便。因为前一天住了海棠湾凯宾斯基，不免有些对比。君澜的走廊没有窗户，太暗（可能是我住一楼的原因），走在里面有些压抑。屋里有点潮，设施有点老旧了。
