非常啊不错，有停车位有自助厅，重点是绿植特别多，空气很好，上坡下坡很多，很干净，服务员阿姨超好，每天有水果供应还有不限量的矿泉水，给宝宝洗了衣服，打扫酒店的时候很贴心留了字条，衣服拿去晒，知道来例假，还贴心的多留课卫生纸

1、鸿宾楼没有电梯，扛行李箱上下楼很不方便，但是有一个年轻的男服务员比较热情帮助提行李箱上楼；2、房间非常小，标准间床很小，被子有点潮潮的感觉不舒服。除了半个衣柜（没有柜门），一个玻璃搁板，几乎没有家具，凳子都没有。房间里过道放个行李箱，就没什么空间了。3、卫生间干湿不分区，淋浴没有手持的花洒，洗完澡后，整个地面都是积水，很滑，马桶上也全是水，真心不方便。面池边边角角的地方都有霉斑。电吹风的电线已经老化松松垮垮的垂着。4、早餐还不错，环境也很卫生。整体感觉地理位置还不错，但硬件设施完全称不上四星酒店。非常不满意，第四次来青岛了，这次住的是最不满意的一次。下次不会再入住这个酒店了。
