糟糕的入住体验：
1. 严重噪音扰民
- 大约晚上10:45后，隔壁房间住客持续摔门、拖拽重物、高声喊叫，多次吵醒我家幼儿。
- 两次上门沟通无果，对方态度恶劣，甚至以“酒店不是居民区”为由拒绝配合。
2. 前台处理敷衍，毫无帮助
- 23:30下楼投诉并要求报警，前台未第一时间制止，反而拖延处理。
- 陪同沟通时，隔壁住客依然嚣张，前台不仅未对该房客明确噪音管理规定，还对我説“不至于报警”，完全漠视顾客权益。
- 整晚未提供换房或有效解决方案，导致全家心理压力极大彻夜难眠。
3. 管理混乱，毫无专业度
- 作为中端连锁酒店，亚朵本应以服务着称，但此次体验连普通旅馆都不如。
- 夜间无安保介入，前台缺乏应急处理能力
- 如果对睡眠环境有要求，千万别选这家！隔音差，管理更差。
- 前枱面对顾客投诉只会和稀泥，问题根本得不到解决。
- 要求退还第一晚房费 居然以我提出的时间线不准确为由推脱。即使监控还是超过一小时噪音，即使监控不可能录入所有噪音

酒店位置非常好找，楼下旁边就有个小早市，吃饭什么都很方便。办理入住也很快。房间布置和图片一一样，服务也很到位，用品补充的也很及时，晚上还有小米粥喝，满意的

听説亚朵服务好过来体验下，果然，早餐有馄饨，麪条，豆腐脑等等，很丰富美味，晚上9点半餐厅还有小米粥和大米南瓜子，小菜，咸鸭蛋。前台的服务不用説了，热情亲切。

We are very satisfied with the our stay at Atour especially the pillows provided. The hotel amenities are excellent….reading room, mini gym, extensive breakfast with local selections and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely return to this property in our future visit to Qingdao!
