酒店总体还算过得去，唯一不好就是自助餐加餐不及时，晚了就没什么菜了，18号早上那个前台需要好好的培训一下，问给能开发票是对怂我们两遍説前台开不了，哪里定的找哪里开去是，鬼火得很

订了两间房，一间房一盒避孕套摆在牀头柜，墙纸剥落，另一间房厕所有烟头，牀头柜还有假睫毛，矿泉水也没给，房间当西晒，又热又闷。最绝的是半夜两点有人按门铃，打电话给前台説走廊并没有人，半夜******，从来不写差评也忍无可忍。

保证延迟退房至15:00:，房间很大，空调等设备都不错，小朋友很喜欢，早餐很一般。
房卡弄丢一张补了50元，并且收款名为巧家县吴铭百货店码牌，而非酒店方，不知是否合理，不想影响旅行心情没有争辩，第一次因为门卡遗失被扣款。
