非常好的酒店干净漂亮，大年三十晚上酒店为我们提供免费自助晚餐非常丰盛，然后又安排全体员工和我们一起包饺子放烟花酒店总经理亲自登场敬酒为我们送新年祝福真的好感动，在遥远的冰城度过了一个难忘的除夕夜，非常感谢酒店热情好客

酒店自帶初級滑雪場蠻方便的，酒店工作人員都很親切很nice 。滑雪教練黄金滨夠專業也親切，第一次滑雪就學會大小S轉彎。 另外非常感謝滑雪場徐經理，滑雪教練黄金滨及工作人員，動員10多人幫我調監控到處詢問找背包，10多位工作人員費了2個多小時，終於找到，有位別團的游客拿錯了，但是已經離開酒店，後來徐經理與黃金濱教練開車帶我下山追回，最終終於拿回背包及重要證件護照，再次感謝酒店及雪場工作人員，你們真的好熱心，謝謝
