在携程下单非常的靠谱。前面订了一家其他品牌的酒店，因为某些原因取消了，携程及时联系我处理。这一家房间乾净，服务很贴心，住着挺舒服，早餐也非常不错，很对胃口。

Toiletries generally good but no hand liquid soap (solid soap provided) provided. Easy to call Didi due to convenient location. Many good food around. Staff nice to let us have late checkout. Bed and pillow linen don’t smell fresh, but towels are ok. Rooms are tastefully decorated.

位置很好，去那里都方便，房间衞生可以！设施比较齐全！但房间沙发有一个洞影响美观，希望酒店能处理一下，还有房间里的微波炉，使用过后半夜会自己发出声音，不知道是什么原因，另外还有就是早上酒店走廊放置四五个吹风机真的很嘈，希望能换个时间去吹风！

入住陆丰丽枫，交通超便利，周边餐饮购物一应俱全。房间装修雅致温馨，床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠。前台服务热情专业，办理入住高效。酒店衞生乾净，细节到位，还准备了贴心小食，整体体验超棒，性价比很高，下次还选这！

设施：大普宁居然有微波炉，刷新我对酒店认知
衞生：整理挺好的 就是可能刚清理没多久进门有消毒水味道！
服务：前台服务都很好，有求必应
环境：四通八达，楼下就是麦当劳 美佳乐商场 不远到处都是吃的 很方便。
希望所有酒店都用独立包装的洗护就更好了

Encountered a problem with Hotel service and facilities and the General Manager did not bother to try to make up for it. Absolutely no sense of guest service. Very bad experience for me and my family, so bad so that my wife and baby left the hotel to stay with relatives?
