  去平遥专门选了在古城里的西河书院公馆入住。书院位置非常优越，去古城的各处景点都在10至20分钟内，非常便捷。中午还可以回到房间睡个午觉。我们订的是有炕的房间，体会了一下北方住炕的感觉很有意思。特别要提到的是他们的服务很用心，从到高铁站开始就启动了他们的服务模式；商务车接到书院，指导相关的吃和游；离开时又送到高铁站；临别还有当地特色的伴手礼。非常推荐西河书院。

  Very nice Hotel. Nice Ambiencr. Very friendly staff. I would recommend it for Families. The courtyard is like a secret Garden for children and they can Play Safe Inside.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was large, spotless clean and nicely decorated. The courtyard at night looked phenomenal, although I'm unsure if the lanterns stay up year long or if this was only for new years. The staff was very friendly and organized free transport to and from the train station for us. We were worried that the traditional Kang bed would be uncomfortable, but we ended up having the best sleep in some time. The breakfast was amazing as well!
