这个酒店不行，价格贵，卫生条件不好，给人的感觉像招待所，还不如快捷酒店，本来订了三天，现在打算一天就退房。

卫生一般，服务糟糕，服务员的态度不好，对于我们提的要求显得非常的不耐烦，爱理不理的，好像我们给不起房钱的样子。

环境一般，房间一般，服务太差，很不专业。完全是杭州中院的招待所，一特糊涂，不值得推荐，交通很差，打车过去，出租车司机都不知道这个酒店

面向钱塘江，可观江景，房间还算比较大，但设施比较陈旧，房间里可以看到若干小蟑螂在爬，十分恐怖！
