酒店服务热情，不论是前台、还是保洁、餐饮都有宾至如归的感觉，特别表扬6号楼高小燕、张改怀等服务员，细致、周到、贴心。酒店所有服务堪比海底捞，有求必应。酒店位置佳，离崆峒山古镇游客中心只有3公里，停车场大，适合自驾。酒店装潢等设施都很完善，晚间还有钢琴演奏。性价比非常高。

酒店非常大，离高速口很近，服务非常专业，餐饮住宿都很好，早餐能够丰盛一些就好了，除了游泳馆的那位，因为带孩子从洗浴过去，不熟悉，问了几次不耐烦的样子！其他都很好，尤其李富琴团队的服务，让人真是宾至如归的感觉！咱们大西北酒店服务比三亚一些五星级的都好！如果去崆峒山玩住这里很方便，酒店可以看到崆峒山！考虑以后去平凉都住广成了！
