  前台的wendy相当善解人意、言语温柔委婉，表扬！ 早餐实在是一言难尽，橙子淡而无味；房间地毯稍有气味，开了窗户和空调可以缓解。

  来平湖很多次了，这是第1次体验平湖卓越铂尔曼酒店总体来説房间衞生设施都很齐全，环境也乾净整洁。但作为懒懒的年轻人，可能还是希望外卖可以送上楼，哈哈。 其他的都挺满意的。

  五一和家人出游选择了铂尔曼酒店，酒店设施很新，环境很棒，服务热情到位，在此感谢各位工作人员??，让我们此行入住感到舒心快乐！ 酒店地理位置好，游玩东湖，莫氏庄园，李叔同纪念馆，平湖博物馆等景点都很近，真心推荐各位来平湖的朋友们入住这家酒店！

  近年来因为老父亲和老公每次出游都对游泳、健身有“明确”要求，故似乎越来越喜欢选择PULLMAN，住过好几个地方的PULLMAN，泳池是非常不错的，所以这个五一假期就选择在平湖的PULLMAN度过，没有失望，感觉非常棒！中餐厅菜式、味道都值得点赞（这个在大众点评上专门写了一篇），节假日入住很满，但是酒店各个部门的服务都没有打折，忙而不乱，这次住的是行政套房，行政酒廊里几个小姑娘真的很好，热情、认真、服务到位，我们有四间房在不同楼面，10、26、28、35，家里的几位长者对客房服务都表示满意，尤其是负责2616的小黄。如果有好价格我个人会非常推荐Pullman的行政楼层，除了房间有优势外，他们的行政楼层待遇也是很到位的，下午茶、Happyhour 东西虽简单，但是品质在线，对于喜欢躺平的我们来説，就着落地窗看夜景，真的是很chill！对了，除了上述行政酒廊开放的时间段外，还可以在大堂吧免费享用软饮，我们这几天经常遇到做白班的小姑娘，她也是很客气，看到我要出去还会把软饮、吸管放到袋子里后再递给我，很贴心的服务。

  位置：靠近平湖博物馆9，离南河头、报本塔等景区3公里以内，周边餐饮商圈都在步行范围内。 房间设施：酒店有停车场，有泳池、行政酒廊。房间有淋浴有浴缸，有衣帽间，沙发、窗帘手动，床品偏软，枕头偏硬。总体设施齐全。 衞生：基本可以，但细节还需要注意，特别是床头灯，厕所边角仍看见一层浮灰，説明服务生需要加强培训。 早餐该有的都有，西点品质口味一般，麪条档和煎蛋可以，还可以做蛋饼。 性价比：平日500左右的价格，还是比较有性价比的。
