这家酒店价格便宜，离溪口蒋宅景区和雪窦山景区距离近是它最大的优点。
但硬件方面确实差了点。壁挂式空调取代了原来的中央空调，空调外面擦的很干净，但里面的滤网脏的要命，住店还客串了一把清洁工，自己动手洗了滤网。其它：蚊子很多，电蚊香片好像是用过的，洗澡水不够热。
看它周边在建的或已开业的几家酒店，确实有距离了。
