Very good hotel with proximity to metro station as well as Tianyi square,which is like downtown. I liked the phone charging cables in the room. Hotel staff accepted my request for late checkout. Breakfast is fantastic with several options. Value for money.

As a Golden circle member since 2003, I always love Shangrila. Very good location, big room size and most of all, outstanding service. The breakfast is also great, the gym is perfect too.
But the changing room condition was below my expectations. Not clean and the facilities are too old. The TV in the room….. most hotels have internet TV these days even 4 stars but the TV is too old. It’s needed some upgrades.

Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.).
The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.
