酒店位置优越，离三江囗、天一广场和老外滩都很近，步行约在15分钟左右，旅游、观景、购物都方便。但是作为老牌五星酒店，服务差强人意，10月1日当天长途开车到酒店，正好遇到12号台风米娜，风雨交加，车停在酒店门口，找门卫和服务员询问停车场位置，无人答理。

酒店服务太好了，下午办入住，直接给升级了一个大房间，还送了迎宾水果，日入期间两次打电话询问我是否住得满意。酒店位置很好，四通八达，离地铁站也很近，周边配套很齐全，有很多吃饭的地方。床很舒服，又大又软，枕头也很好用。早餐极为丰富，餐厅特别大。下次来宁波还住这儿。

酒店位置很好哦，就在天一广场旁边，天主堂对面，宁波站出来，一站地铁，城隍庙下，出来走几百米就到了。硬件设施也不错，虽然是老酒店，但健身房，泳池，都有的哦。早餐也不错，晚上客房服务叫餐可以到24:00点，价格也可以接受。早餐的地方可以直接退房的，很便捷。酒店到1844、月湖公园、天一阁、钟楼、老外滩、美术馆、南塘老街等，都不远，打车十几块钱都差不多可以到的。
