这家酒店最大的优势就是离沈阳北站南广场非常之近，从火车站走出来不到三分钟就轻松抵店。
虽然整个建筑有一种浓浓的90年代的气息，但整个的不止也是很气派，店家服务非常周到。比较吸引我的是他们家的七楼，还有一个健身房和SPA，健身房免费使用，来跑跑步、撸撸铁，再做个美美哒的SPA，也是非常爽的。

帮朋友订的，非常满意。行政楼层，装饰大气、高档，还有个面积很大的行政酒廊，非常安静，很适合商务洽谈。有很多有地方特色的糖果、点心、酸奶、汽水，住行政间的客人可以免费食用，工作人员热情有礼貌。客房干净，床舒服，电视还有很多外国频道。早餐不错。值得推荐。

酒店位置非常好，出沈阳北站南2出口面向西南就能看到——财富凯莱大酒店，步行不到五分钟就到了。从火车站出来过马路时看到旁边不远就有很多公交车站，交通很方便。房间结构中规中矩，但榉架高，一点都不压气，窗户很大，很明亮，可以看到整个沈阳北站南广场，视野非常好。路面交通繁华，但房间内很安静，一点都听不到汽车的喧嚣。周边不远处就有商场、家乐福超市、美食广场，旅居很方便。房间很干净，床头柜配了多孔位插座，很方便手机充电。

酒店位置很好，就在沈阳北站南广场西南角，离地铁站、长途客运站也很近，住一晚去长途客运站坐机场大巴赶飞机，才走十分钟，路上还看到很多公交车的终点站，真是太方便了！听说酒店已经开业二十多年了，但设施都还保养得不错。房间很干净，很暖和，还配了加湿器。早餐也很丰盛，坐在玻璃窗前正好可以看到沈阳北站广场的风景。
