之前到日月潭，我都会住在映涵饭店，但是这一次住的经验真的很不好，尤其早餐，我八点多就到餐厅，应该还算是很适当的时间，但是非常失望！几乎每一盘菜都快见底了所剩的菜色看了就想倒胃口！之后陆陆续续来了很多国外的旅客，我看他们每个人拿了盘子晃了一圈，摇摇头又回到座位，想说应该很快就可以把菜色补齐，没想到九点多了还是没动静，一直到有位主管上来看了厨房才多了准备一盘米粉和煎蛋！这样的观光品质我们怎么能期盼外国旅客会来呢？

服务人员态度亲切。早餐还不错??。饭店离市集非常近。此外，枕头及棉被不够可向柜台服务人员索取。厕所乾湿分离??。房间地板及用品有灰尘。

位于伊达邵热闹的街上，下楼即有夜市(美食小吃)可以购买；有附停车场，不过停车场位置在距离不远的位置并未在饭店地下室，若太晚check-in,会因为人潮而不好停车！

没想到第二次再访遇到如此脏恶心的清洁卫生，请房务来打扫也只是扫掉灰（已经飞满天）、也没有擦拭，虽然后来主管来升级双床房，但依然看到床头柜后积了一大层厚厚的灰尘！真是无法再来入住，不敢恭维
