服务真的是太周到了！刚进大门口就有礼宾员帮忙拿行李，疫情防控做的也很到位，办理入住时非常耐心且细心，会仔细询问我对房间的要求，还给我介绍了周边好吃的，房间面积也很宽敞整洁，我有什么需要也会第一时间为我解答，给我一种回到家的感觉。总之，非常推荐大家来文华酒店入住

酒店地理位置优越，靠近动车站，还有地铁，打车不到二十分钟就到啦。前台小姐姐人很好，服务热情，给我升级了房间。房间卫生很干净，一次性用品也很高档。
