一个老的五星酒店！前台服务员还可以有问必答！房间还算干净卫生！只是进屋有一股味道！我就想问办入住时刷了我八百预授权到我办退房时刷走了363元的房费！剩下437元什么时候退给我！临走问前台了说是两个工作日！现在没有接到银行短信！不明白！

位置方便，楼下就是公交站，距地铁2/4号线中南路站也不远。退房速度快，1间房升级为行政房。早餐与五星差距较大，设施较陈旧，健身房在装修。
