  Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead. I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.

  酒店整体很高档。距离机场近，方便。安保严密，早餐丰盛，晚餐不贵。员工服务态度好。英语水平不高的我，也没有遇到什么问题。

  新酒店 距离机场很近 做个小auto 100块钱卢比就到了 五分钟的事儿 房间很小哦 但五脏俱全 比较乾净的 服务人员也客气的 就是吃早餐的时候小姑娘服务员会来跟你要个赞

  酒店未按入住时的约定执行（入住时我和前台确认提前一天离店，应减少一天住宿），未正确记录退房时间（正常时间退房，但纪录为第二天退房），携程多次沟通无果（具体沟通方式和内容我不清楚）。给酒店邮件投诉后已经调查一个多星期仍无结果，酒店的管理混乱，工作效率极其低下！

  Nice property, excellent service, good breakfast. Everything is nice except the towels (they need to be replaced)
