Very friendly and effective staff, excellent use of technology for site and room access. Great location in the centre of Milan, quiet side street so mostly quiet in the evening. Modern fit out very clean and tidy and extremely spacious. Apartment had a kitchen with cutlery, glasses, plates, stove, microwave and fridge, great for traveling with kids. Close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. WIFI was fast and consistent.
Only negatives for us were not great water pressure in the shower and no dishwashing soap in the kitchen.

酒店地理位置绝佳，米兰只为看最後的晚餐，从酒店过去只有1.4km，去米兰大教堂500m，酒店还有我喜欢的咖啡机，早晨醒来直接自制一杯拿铁，不要太幸福～下次来米兰还会选择这里！

服务态度是很好的，就是许多工作人员不太专业。例如空调我们一直希望关掉，可是连续5个晚上它都开着保持在19度实在太冷了。也不明白为什麽房间的控制器就是关不掉，工作人员来了也关不掉。但不可以换毛巾，这个需要费用。其它都很不错，也很安静安全。
