酒店位置非常好，就在火车站对面，是个老牌酒店，虽然旧点，但是房间面积还是不错，由于到得特别晚，孩子需要喝牛奶，酒店前台考虑到晚上出去不安全，直接给孩子倒了一大杯牛奶，虽然语言不通，也能感受到前台的温暖

The hotel enjoys a highly convenient location, very close to Milano Station. Upon check-in, the reception, in typical Italian style, lacked a greeting or a smile. However, the room was generously spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was commendable. The only downside was the noticeable noise from trams, particularly during the night.

老店……国内招待所或连锁店的环境。相比我另外两家意大利的酒店也是天壤之别。刚开门的那一瞬间我真的傻眼……但是地理位置很优越。
酒店内没有烧水壶，这是我除了美国以外在其他国家没有遇见过的，还好自己有带便携煲水杯；
非常赞成另一个评论：工作人员看起来很努力的帮助，大问题上实际没什么改变，小问题上前台的Marco对我帮助非常大（无意间听到其他人喊他名字），感谢Marco。
平台工人人员积极协助，但是不及我自己下楼直接问，平台客服跟我説“对方一直联系不上”但是我每次经过前台都是有人的，甚至每次下楼问的时候他们前台都有人在，所以最好自己下楼问，至于对方能不能处理，真的看运气
