挂牌四星，但设施有些陈旧，维护保养不够，房间内的宣传标语与四星不协调，且卫生间镜子贴着五星，淋浴间的玻璃门缝隙很大，冲凉时水到处蔓延，，空调噪音很大，隔音效果不好，吵的十二点多还没睡着。希望酒店管理能提升改变，做到本地区高标准饭店。

每次出差荥阳都选择海龙，续了两天的豪华套房，确实体验可以的。晚上送了果盘，退房时送了毛巾，感谢酒店为我精心准备的一切。豪华套房里的卫生间的设备希望能同样得到升级，然后水不够热，花洒和水龙头是坏的，希望我明年来入住时能有更好的体验。
