  房间乾净整洁，湖景房景色很好非常满意！酒店环境很不错！自驾去酒店也很方便。有自己的地上地下停车场，新能源车冲电也很方便。早餐也可以就是品种有点少。

  入住时前台就送了入住礼物，房间乾净，问有没有宝宝围栏，客房部马上就送来了，早餐也不错，整体服务和游乐设施都挺好的

  从都江堰 阆中 绵阳一路游玩过来 ，住进喜来登，感觉终于回到人间了。从服务到衞生，都给人心定踏实感觉。环境风景都很赞。

  你好，我想反馈一下本次入住绵阳首开喜来登酒店的整体体验，整体感受非常差，完全不符合喜来登的品牌标准，具体问题如下： 1．办理入住效率极低，前台与客房服务脱节 我们到店后，等待房间整整耗时3小时。因有带小宝宝的原因，有恰逢午休时间，我们主动找前台申请加急打扫，前台也承诺会加急处理，但实际上客房部并未收到任何加急通知，房间依旧是未打扫状态，全程只能被动等待，体验非常糟糕。 2．早餐服务体验差，限制不合理 早餐的肉饼每人只能领取一个，一人要领取多个就需要多次排队，对于我们同行的十多位客人一人拿一菜来説，需要反覆排队多次，非常不合理，一早上就在酒店里排队度过，让人感觉非常不被尊重。 3．亲子设施缺失，与"亲子酒店"定位不符 酒店作为主打亲子的定位，房间内却没有配备小童马桶，连客房也没有宝宝便捷马桶，对带年龄较小宝宝出行的家庭非常不友好。 4．额外收费项目多，性价比极低 酒店内的游乐项目很多都需要额外收费，连游戏机都要几十元一小时，整体消费体验非常割裂。 5．房间设施异常，存在安全隐患 入住的467房间，半夜我和孩子正在熟睡时，电视突然自行开启播放，体验非常惊悚，也让我们对房间的电器安全产生了担忧。 作为经常入住相对高端酒店的客人，本次从入住到退房的全程体验，都充满了各种槽点，完全不符合我对喜来登品牌的预期，非常失望。

  酒店隐于仙海湖深处，三面环水，满目青翠，推窗即景。每天被鸟鸣唤醒，呼吸间满是负氧离子。最惬意的是沿湖边栈道散步，夕阳西下时波光粼粼，烦恼全消。夜里枕着湖风入眠，床品柔软得让人一觉到天亮。Nancy提前联系我，帮我准备了安静一点房间，非常体贴温馨，cynthia也及时帮我解决问题。住一天下来，身心非常舒适。
