  看了评论介绍来蒙自住的第一家酒店，但是住了一晚就马上换了到其他酒店。这家酒店位置很好，出门就是南湖，也有自己的停车场。硬件有一写老旧，但是尚可；酒店服务人员也都很好，网速也快。但是为什么还是跑了呢？那是因为非常不看好这家酒店的管理层?? 首先，每间房每日只提供两瓶水，再多要付钱。洗衣房有，洗衣液和柔顺剂也要分别付钱；过桥米线代金券20；要吃还要再付38朝上，纯属钓鱼玩；大堂没有空调，晚上电梯间也要关空凋，要省钱 （殊不知空调开开关关更费钱）；早餐的麪包也是旧得不行，估计也是节约管理成本。那你乾脆把欢迎水果和牛奶也省了，不是更好？顺便看看欢迎水果的品质，免得你的采购人员吃回扣。 官房的管理层啊，你们好好想想，能在蒙自这个酒店均价这么低的地方愿意花双倍价格住你家的客人，为的是什么？是为了有更好的体验啊。你这么敷衍，就未免让来的客人觉得你莫不是误以为我们人傻钱多吧？我可以花钱，拒绝把钱花在我不认可的东西上。

  这个酒店太棒了，服务态度很好讲解很详细，靠周边景点近，步行都能很快到达，酒店下午送水果，晚上还送睡前牛奶，早餐品种丰富，感觉胃带少了??，酒店的米线好吃。强烈推荐

  超级推荐这家酒店：位置优越，南湖、西南联大旧址和先锋书店就在附近。酒店餐厅的过桥米线和蘸水卷粉好看又好吃。停车场和充电桩都很充裕。房间又大又舒适，晚安牛奶，五星级酒店的服务质量……超赞！

  酒店真大，停车方便，还有南方电网快充充电桩，非常适合电车自驾。虽然已经旧了，但气派的大堂仍然提醒旅客这里曾经有多辉煌。早餐中式为主，除了咖啡差评以外，其它都不错。酒店位置很好，对面就是蒙自米线发源地-南湖，左手边不远就是商场，右手边走一小段依次就是先锋书店、法国花园、海关旧址、联大蒙自分校纪念馆、魁星阁等旅游景点。他家的过桥米线也不错，20碟配料和巨碗非常震撼。

  孤陋寡闻，官房这个品牌第一次听説和尝试，名副其实的五星酒店，地理位置优越，湖边公园旁，离西南联大等景点步行可达。房间大而宽敞明亮，应该是重新装修过，房间装饰挺新的。乾乾净净，无任何异味，不喜欢有些酒店用香味来掩盖装修味道，官房空气清新，早餐丰富，在云南游，以后就认准了官房。
