酒店设施和服务都是很棒的。距离植物园也超级近，建议不赶时间的话住两个晚上。前一晚可以去夜游，后一整天逛植物园。这样不会太累。

安纳塔拉还是版纳最好的酒店
在植物园边上，酒店内的植物都已经很茂密
夜房开的也很有特色
路上遇到的酒店员工都会微笑打招呼
早餐也很好吃
每天还有入夜仪式

酒店很漂亮，感觉像在清迈，环境很美，小朋友做了傣纸，还送了小象非常喜欢。无边泳池挨着河非常有特点，早餐也不错

很有东南亚风味的度假酒店，由于边门与中科院植物园停车场相连，让住店客人觉得非常的方便。酒店的服务非常贴心，餐饮价格也比较合理。只是对客人的游览指导还不够全面，酒店的维护和修善工作有差距，房间内的烟味过浓。油豆腐塞肉，秋葵炒肉，炒饭很不错。

酒店有一定的老化，不像那些吐槽说的那么夸张，毕竟当时作为中国第一家安纳塔拉，材质用料很好，大量的实木装修，我们入住的河景双床房后来升级到泳池别墅，除了户外地板确实应该刷漆还有坐垫该换了，其他方便都很满意，卫生间很大床也睡着很舒服，是值得来体验到酒店

酒店服务很细心，贴心，服务员下午四点左右还过来房间主动问需不需要打扫，送了两人份蛋挞，酒店环境很美，安静，设施因为是老酒店，露台上有点陈旧，不影响整体，离植物园很近很方便，服务员会随时告知住酒店怎样出行
