酒店很新、设施完备，早餐较丰富；入住2晚分别赶上百日宴和婚宴，餐厅的服务人员为让我们方便用餐多次协调，很负责任，留下了深刻印象和美好回忆。

酒店前台服务很差，我的快递帮我开箱导致包包破损了，説要给我赔一个结果是网上瞎买的盗版货，我和他讲这个包充值了5000送的已经绝版了，结果和我説只能赔付这个包的残值。服务很差劲。
