  真心给这家酒店打满分，来梅河口游玩住这里，真的选对了，全程舒心不踩雷，性价比和体验感双在线，闭眼冲不亏。 酒店位置特别方便，地处核心地段，出行自驾都好找，周边安静不嘈杂，去周边景点、商圈逛吃都很近，自带宽敞停车场，自驾过来完全不用操心停车问题，出行省心又省力。 一进大堂就觉得敞亮大气，整体乾净整洁，看着舒服又上档次。前台工作人员态度特别热情，全程笑脸服务，办理入住效率很高，不拖沓不敷衍，有任何疑问都会耐心解答，细节处让人觉得很贴心。 客房空间宽敞，打扫得一尘不染，角角落落都收拾得很到位。床品柔软舒适，躺上去睡眠感超好，整夜都睡得安稳。房间热水供应充足稳定，水压很足，洗澡特别畅快，空调温控精准，遮光效果也很好，睡懒觉完全不受打扰，基础用品配备齐全，住着自在又放松。 他家的温泉是核心亮点，泡池种类多、水质乾净无异味，温度调节合适，泡完整个人的疲惫都消散了，汗蒸区、休息区配套完善，不管是自己放松解压，还是带孩子休闲玩乐都合适，待一整天都不会觉得腻。 餐饮口味实在不踩雷，食材新鲜，早餐种类丰富，热乎可口，能吃饱吃好，完全满足日常出行的用餐需求。酒店还有小童游乐区、健身房，配套设施齐全，维护得很新，带娃出行、休闲度假都适配。 整体住下来没有任何槽点，环境、服务、设施、舒适度全部拉满，不搞虚头巴脑的套路，处处都为客人考虑，不管是家庭出游、朋友结伴还是放松度假都合适，下次来梅河口，还会首选这家酒店。

  酒店环境和设施都很好，前台特意升级了商务楼层，还送了两张温泉门票，性价比高；早餐很好吃，只是季节不对，对面景点还没开放，否则到周围景点都很方便。

  劝退劝退，不要住这家酒店，骗人，服务态度差，管理差！以下是我的经历： 房间装修老气，衞生尚可，餐厅几乎没啥吃的，很难吃，大部分预制，果汁都没有的。 温泉只开了一小部分，我是为了孩子玩订的带温泉的，里面标注温泉门票市场价118，结果去了后发现大部分设施没开，待了一会就出来了，跟酒店反应，酒店説不清楚温泉那边的情况，他们是不同部门，我説你不开你还大肆宣传多么多么好又价值多少钱（温泉门票），酒店説门票是赠送的！只要进去了就没办法不能给退，意思就是爱咋地咋地他们没办法。 我预订的商务房，不是特价房，结果给我安排到婚房隔壁，第二天4点多走廊里几十人喧哗，我和我老公被吵醒，半小时后孩子醒了，孩子説根本睡不着，孩子睡眠很好的都被吵得睡不着。我当天有考试，结果很早就被吵醒，跟酒店反应，酒店説没办法。 这酒店的管理和态度，我真是服了。给梅河口文旅拖后腿，让外地人寒心。 最终我找的携程，就是给了一部分补偿，搞得我们旅程细碎，考试没状态。 一定劝退大家，不要住这家酒店，去连锁酒店，管理正规，权益有保障。

  特别好的入住体验。带了三位八十多的长者来长白山，在网上比较了好几家酒店，起先是看中他家2024开业，入住后发现选择非常明智。首先环境乾净整洁，设施齐全，前台服务员态度特别好，始终面带微笑暖如春风。在得知带着长者游玩，贴心提示安全注意事项，主动搀扶长者搬运行李。早餐非常丰盛，菜品精致丰富，有适合长者的小米粥有适合年轻人的现磨咖啡和麪点，乾净又衞生。晚上泡过温泉后，三位长者有点饿了，到餐厅点了一盆疙瘩汤，还提了一堆特殊要求，服务员并没有因为点的少而不耐烦，一如既往地热情服务，来有迎声送有祝福，长者们吃得很舒服。最后，还得説一下温泉，因为是淡季只开了室内温泉，八十多岁的老爸喜欢泡澡，每个池子都泡了半小时，直呼太舒服。八十多岁老妈和婆婆更爱搓澡。酒店离知北村很近，几分钟车程很方便。知北村年代感满满，三位长者家一路逛一路回忆曾经的年少时。推荐村里的宋氏粉坊土豆粉，好吃不贵。总之，如果再来梅河口还会选择这家酒店。
