  环境非常好，服务也很到位，管家从一进门就一直在服务，帮我们介绍用餐的地方，还帮我们预约很多活动。虽然下着雨，但是泡温泉很舒服。孩子玩得也很开心。体验感非常棒，亲子活动也很多。对比麒麟府来説，瑞思丽真的感觉会更好一些。推荐大家来体验。

  五一期间去的。3288山景私汤双床房。 价格相对平时翻了一倍 但是在满房的情况下 管家可以及时接待以及处理我们所有的问题 我觉得管家是很ok的。 房间温泉很舒服，家人和孩子都很喜欢 。12点入住后活动是比较多的。三点半泳池pa 四点多下午茶。五点半给孩子还安排的小小厨师。 房间衞生还比较OK。但是因为房间有温泉。加上孩子不时的要玩水。所以更换浴巾需求较高 布草就没有那么及时了。 跟客房部説了换一下所有浴巾 但是我们晚上回来只放了两个新的浴袍 浴巾没有更换。 预订了带晚餐的套餐。我以为和早餐一样 包含了孩子的 结果进去时告知我超过1.2m需要收费。收了孩子不到两百的费用。也可能是前台讲的时候我没听清吧 晚饭后散步时发现酒店外围吃饭的地方很多。

  入住感受极佳，衞生到位，酒店环境很安逸，温泉区域小环境很不错，温泉水也乾净。酒店活动丰富、菜品也到位，管家牟佳瑶非常棒，热情周到、体贴入微，以后去太白山还会继续入住。

  第二次来酒店入住，各种娱乐游玩体验还是一如既往的好。 不得不提到这次的特殊经历，入住当晚突然肚子极具疼痛，忍了很久还是没办法止痛，不得已叫了救护车。当时孩子还在房间睡觉，爱人陪伴我一起去医院。 入住医院需要手术，但孩子还在房间，早上孩子起来以后一直是酒店的GSM团队一直带着孩子吃饭玩耍，并不时发送照片告知孩子的情况，让我们安心。 非常感谢酒店团队的悉心服务，也再次感谢酒店的GSM团队!
