晚上十点，肚子饿，点了外卖，外卖员联系説酒店不让送上楼，也没机器人可以送上楼服务。
电话联系前台：不好意思，我们前台就一个人，走不开，需要自行下楼取。
请前台人员去拿外卖送上楼，结果外卖员直接被拒收走了。

常住的酒店，衞生很好，床很舒服，也很大，还有长沙发，足够一家四口入住。楼下餐饮也很方便，正处大商圈中，便捷出行。

房间不算很大，但设计合理，比较好放东西。房间床铺乾净舒适，服务贴心细致，因为我们是家庭出游，安排的两个相邻房间，两个房间有门相通，酒店安排比较安静的最里麪房间，还准备了欢迎水果和晚上的糖水??早餐也不错，中西早餐水果酸奶的都有，性价比高

很舒服的酒店，房间宽敞明亮，装修设计很合理，酒店服务员很贴心，早餐有茂名特色捞粉。茂名夜景不错，楼层很高。早上出门让酒店寄存了一下行李。

酒店的床挺舒服的，遗憾的是，这也是酒店唯一的优点…
酒店员工的服务意识很差，尤其是离店时前台，标准的扑克脸；入住时的姑娘本来是要点赞的，但明明要求的高楼层房间，给了29楼（27楼是最低楼层），房间里还有很大的烟味（无烟房哦），着急处理工作，就没有计较…
楼层保洁，见到客人，无一人主动问好；连最基本的欢迎水果都没有，餐厅也没有热饮服务，客人来不问好，走不道别，除了检查客人有没有早餐资格，别的都不管，这难道就是温德姆的水准吗？
硬件本来可以给高分的，但房间里的冰箱是空的，保险柜的柜门也打不开，实在不想降低自己的评分标准…
窗外的景色，不是很近的高楼，就是建筑工地，也没谁了给…
不推荐住这里，朋友入住的国际酒店明显好过这里（本来我也要住那里的，当天国际酒店有活动，满房了）…
