  这家酒店所处的位置很nice，就在中苏金街上，交通超级便利，方便我们的出行与抵达，酒店各个方面都乾净整洁，让我们住着特别安心。服务更是周到细致，特别是床品太舒服了，在这里，无论是舒适的房间，还是便捷的交通位置，亦或是贴心的服务，都让我感受到了极致的体验。我觉得能顶的上五星级的酒店，下次来还要住！

  前台接侍服务态度非常好，尤其是赵主管，无论什么问题都让你满意而归。酒店有这样的管理人员，一定会越来越好????。房间洁具，寝具都很乾净。早餐品种丰富，只要有客人，菜品供应就不停。在旅游旺季能做到如此服务，要给予大大的赞。

  非常好的酒店，前台还给我们免费升房了房型。到店前给酒店打电话保安提前安排了车位，非常棒，前台小姐姐询问了我第二天的行程安排，叫醒服务十分的贴心！第二天退房也送了一个小礼物，工作人员服务态度特别好，能看的出来，确实很用心，确实很辛苦大热天的！如果再来满洲里，一定还会选择这家酒店的。

  Hotel is very average. No body speak English. Some of the Hotel employees were rude or just ignoring us. We will not book this hotel in future. The hotel said they have concierge service but in reality there is not! Never will recommend to anyone!
