酒店位置不错，10月份已经开通暖气，至少这一点比阿尔山的宾馆强很多，早餐的种类少一些，但是味道不错。最大的不足之处之处就是早上没有热水洗刷！总体来说可以推荐，值得入住！

相当 不 愉快的一次住宿，卫生间水特别黄，询问服务员告知放一放就好了，我放了了10几分钟还是不行，在这住了2天，后来又告知这里水质不行，我直接无语。电视没有信号，服务员竟然告诉我们所有房间都是这样，经过了解，就325房间没有电视，第二天维修人员更换了机顶盒，好用了，这不是自己打自己脸吗！Wi-Fi无法连接，也是第二天才修好的，要是不是一直催他们，根本没人搭理你！对酒店来说，我们可能就来这一次，以后不会再来了，所以根本不在乎我们。还有就是同程网，我购买了取消险，所以我想联系同程退房，早晨我打400电话，不是她们负责让我拨打0512-82209600，又被告知不是她们负责，让我拨打400-088-0680，这个电话我打了一个小时没人接听，我就不明白了，怎么不能够一步到位解决客户问题呢？此次旅游对同程的服务很不满意。

一开始住的房间在阴面 特别冷 屋子里味道也大 心情特别差 将就了一天 第二天续住的时候想换房间 客房经理不给换 说换其他房间不给退差价 很恼火 后来还是工程经理给协调换了房间 就想说 明明可以做到的事为什么要敷衍搪塞客人？！
