酒店管理很一般，当天入住前台没人接待，房间打扫不干净还有垃圾，早饭种类偏少，筷子都是发霉的味道，酒店价格偏贵，不够4星级标准

有个独立小小的停车场，房间不大，挺干净，床垫非常喜欢，也很安静，唯一美中不足的就是热水问题，一次只能淋浴20分钟，再想用，就要耐心等待了

床单被别人尿了也没及时换好。房间也不给换。服务很差。结果晚上开空调还漏水。早餐也很简单，快捷酒店的水平。酒店管理人员管理的水平太差导致的这些问题。

1000多一晚的房子，旺季坑爹，但更主要一是早餐差、同行的拿的早餐券没下来，同伴不能进去吃，二是房间设施设备陈旧，洗浴巾等多年未更换，三是部分服务员服务态度极差

酒店位置很繁华，出去就是市中心步行街，周边商店餐饮满街都是，想不到还有那么繁华的边境城市，气候绝佳，是个避暑圣地

优点：新装修、相对卫生、夜里比较安静、卫生间干湿分离；缺点：有些装修味道、卫生间没有吹风机、卫生纸质量特别特别不好、白毛巾变黑严重，建议确实该换了。仅有卫生间一面小镜子、电视机故障2次、门口停车位很紧张、早餐结束时间8:30太早，并且入住时餐券未能一起与房卡交付，用餐前特地有下楼取的，很麻烦。退房时仅一个服务口对外，等了一些时间。

老酒店新装修，无异昧位置佳，车位少设施可，热水足洗澡棒，服务意识欠卫生纸少送不及时，旺季价有点高早餐多能吃好带小孩没问题。
