没想到呼伦贝尔旅游最差的一站居然是在满洲里这样的大城市。作为一家四星级的酒店，我可以说是农家乐的装修，招待所的服务。所谓的2025年装修，其实就是几个房型的装修，另一半的还是陈旧的不行。房间里马桶是坏的，抽不了水，打前台电话来修电话一直没人接，还好我当时是定了两间房。前台服务更是一塌糊涂，我多一张房卡，居然还要收我100块按金，第二天退房时，因为我把房卡留在了桌上，前台一定要我上去把房卡拿回来才给我退房退按金，这种奇葩要求我还是第一次遇到。唯一我觉得认可的就是售后服务的经理第一时间联系我，说当面给我倒签，并给我减免房费，这个我都不需要。因为我拉了东西在酒店，他还寄过来时还给了我礼物，这个倒还符合这个我对这个酒店的预期。但是我觉得这种临时抱佛脚的服务还是不要为好，礼物我寄回了，不好的地方我一定要点评，大家尽可避雷，不要为自己的愉快旅程添堵，当然喜欢礼物的可以去尝试一下。

酒店位置十分方便，距离景点都不远，房间干净卫生，公共空间也很宽敞明亮，距离俄罗斯商品商店和步行街都很近，早餐也不错。
