Excellent service and great amenities. Comes with mini cinema where you can reserve a time slot to watch a movie. Perfect for days when you wish to recover from previous days of hectic travel.
Got very prompt and responsive service from every staff I interacted with. Will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Luoyang.

Stayed in Family Room this time. Been stayed in many high-end hotels in many countries, the level of services of Pury is impeccable. Picked up at the train station, the friendly driver even taught us how to speak in Luoyang accent! Special thanks to Mr Han, Ms Zhang(Karen) and the ladies who made our room everyday, you made our stay a wonderful experience. Warm, detailed helps and at home feeling. We will definitely come back when we visit Luoyang again!

This is my second stay at the Hotel and the consistency of service and cleanliness at the Hotel is impeccable. They have good polite staff and always willing to go out of their 24/7. The location is in a very upmarket area of Luoyang and the facilities are impressive, they even have a mini cinema for you to use.?

The Concierge was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided us with many amenities and if we lacked any, they would immediately come to our door and give us what we needed. The location is very good as it was in between two train stations. It was very clean in the hotel.

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

Certainly a 5 star hotel in every respect. Excellent generous breakfast daily, refreshments in room, dinner was of the highest standard. Rooms lavishly appointed. Mr Hon from the concierge is very helpful in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. All the staff were brilliant. A must stay for any international traveller. Alex from Sydney Australia.

The location is a trade-off – not in the city center but super convenient if you’re using the train station. The place is really clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-furnished. Loved the cinema in the hotel – a nice surprise! The service is outstanding, and I want to give a shoutout to Xiaohan (小韩) for his exceptional care, especially towards the elderly in our group. He made the experience welcoming and informative. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in Luoyang.
