酒店整体不错。最大问题在于下午三点半，房间打扫不出来，出去游玩一天，回来要在大堂等着打扫房间。真不知道是怎么一回事。

这大概是我住过服务意识最强的酒店，从前台到客房服务都很赞，房间干净整洁，洗手台和浴室干湿隔离的设计很科学，下次去洛阳一定还会入住
