Firstly the hotel is not very near to any of the public transport and the restaurant in the hotel do not serve lunch and dinner.... So if u want to eat that ... You have to drive or walk out to get it... Breakfast is the typical chinese breakfast ...
Secondly the instructions provided mentioned that the aircon in each room can be controlled individually ... However it is not ... I called the house keeping and say that my room is too hot... Guess what they say .... Try turning it on and off and it will be cold... But it is still hot... So I told them again .... They send someone down n say the aircon is central aircon this temperature cannot be changed... If so why did you give the set of instructions both in Chinese and English that we can set the temperature according to our liking? Then I told them it is so hot they told me to open the window...
Best part window cannot open fully.... Is like one small tiny gap in the middle and one tiny gap at the side.... But the mosquito net was only provided to cover one gap... Fyi this hotel is located near a forested area.... Where there are many bugs .. but even with the gap ... It is still freaking hot.... So in the end they open the whole window.... Fyi it is still hot and stuffy.... Then the next day I ask my parents who stayed in the other room... They said that their aircon can be turned on and the temperature can be changed to their liking ... So their room is freaking cold... In conclusion the aircon in that room is spoilt and yet the staff don bother to do anything ....
Thirdly the hotel is old so there is a musky smell...
So for those who are coming.... Think twice ..... Or thrice ... Not worth the money

酒店在森林公园旁边，环境优美，也在城市最高处，可以俯瞰全景。房间很宽敞，还送水果和点心，服务热情周到，房间设施稍陈旧。

地处森林公园内，环境不错，在8楼顶上，还有个亭子，前看罗平县全景，後看森林公园。停车场大，适合自驾游，免费赠送零食饮品多，服务态度也很好。

设施：喜欢放在外面的电梯，有一种“旱地拔葱”的感觉，从无到能看到整个罗平全貌，很壮观。
衞生：衞生做的很不错，还送了一次性马桶垫，洗漱台上放了衞生纸，细节点赞
环境：酒店位於相石阶森林公园旁边，环境很好，很安静，空气很好，风景也不错。
服务：前台小姐姐特别好，所有的服务人员都会停下打招呼，客房部阿姨遇到了还会帮忙按电梯。
早餐品种还算多，喜欢香肠，早上吃了很多。

酒店装修很讲究，房间设施齐全，前台服务周到贴心，每天房间里面有水果，饮料，小零食，特别表扬一下停车场保安认真负责，昨晚刮风下雨车上落了好多树叶，早晨几个保安就用水枪把停车场的几辆车冲洗乾净了，特别感谢！
