大堂经理盛芳非常优秀，一到前台很有礼貌的问好，笑容甜美，还给免费升级入住房间安排的让我很满意。还亲自动手帮我把小孩送到房间。很有礼貌的递送名片。华天服务很赞。

搜了下属于娄底比较好的酒店，设施各方面还不错，房间比较大，大堂经理盛芳，谢幸文得知我们带着小朋友免费给升级了房间，服务热情，早餐还算可以，也有钢琴师在为大家弹奏！
