设施确实比较旧点，但服务还是不错,也挺干净。吃饭也方便，二楼就有中餐厅，早餐有点心，中午有炒菜。
房间比较大，有个写字台，液晶电视配3D眼镜。可能年代比较久，隔音不是太好，早上能听到知了的叫声；冲凉花撒的水量不是很大。

地点在水荫路上，是单行道，交通不算方便，楼下只有两辆公交车，离地铁15分钟路程。房间算是比较大。楼下有两家餐厅，附近也有吃PIZZA的，还有咖啡馆，也有菜市场。还有很多小食店。去天河商业区很近，走路约5分钟。酒店比较安静，卫生也可以。

酒店不错还在装修中，以前听朋友说该酒店很好，这次亲自住了确实感觉很好，服务热情，房间赠送的早餐也很丰盛30元两份很经济划算，出去喝个早茶也不只这个钱啦，网速快，床很舒服，总之性价比超高，配套设施也很多棋牌，沐足，饭店，银行，桑拿，交通方便离动物园，火车东站很近，下次还会入住，值得推荐。
