  永定县城区新的酒店，硬件设施完全满意。或许是新的酒店，所以软件的服务未能配合。 大堂整齐大方，但入住四日都未见有空调开启,但意外地在房间走廊有冷气，并且10分足够。房间的冷气非常凉快，但是由于电视未装有天线，所以没有APP登入的就不能观看免费电视。房间亦未见有冰箱。 房间装有智能家居系统，但是由于工作人员稀少，所以服务也不能很到位。而我居住四日期间，服务标准还有改善的空间。 例如拖鞋不用每天更换，但是换了。 例如毛巾需要每日更换，但是有两天也换漏了。 例如提供茶具，但是又不会提供清洗服务。 总括而言，大部份的工作人员都是诚恳有礼。很大机会再入住酒店，希望正式开张后能有更高的服务水准。

  酒店员工服务态度良好，但可能是由于太新关系，部份员工(如前台及餐厅)似乎未够经验处理问题。 酒店设施稍为奇特，由于酒店是横向建成，所以第一间及最后一间距离颇远，因此大堂左右分别有两个电梯口，但只有其中一组电梯在一楼，另一组要上大慨十多级楼梯到二楼才可乘坐，像我们住在靠左边房间，就要拖行李上楼梯才可到达电梯口。 另外，餐厅位于二楼，但两套电梯都无法到达餐厅，所有人都要乘坐一部类似员工专用电梯才能去到。 房间内之设施亦大有问题，像昨日晚上室外仍是20多度气温之下，房内却没有空调，只提供吹风，所以室内温度达到28度(如图1)，以致影响睡眠。 房间另一失败之作为电视机柜下之电制，因为有1/3被遮盖着(如图2)，引致两脚插苏充电器未能使用。 食物方面，早餐食物选择不多，味道亦只是一般，未知是否住客不多关系引致。 总而言之，不会推荐这酒店。

  酒店是新酒店，设施都是新的，没有异味，酒店位置好有停车场，在河边，视野空气都很好，酒店服务很热情，酒店的早餐干净卫生，也非常丰富。

  停车场车位比较多，免费停车。服务挺好的，前台的工作人员很有耐心，房间舒适温馨，隔音效果很好，满意强烈推荐！

  路过发现开了家新的酒店，体验下！夜景不错，晚上入住比较安静，前台小妹妹比较热情，那个有点胖的男的服务不错！
