酒店环境真的很不错，空气清新。房间卫生干净，配套齐全。服务员态度都很好，温泉区的环境是我最满意的，温泉池有好多，池水清澈，一边泡着温泉欣赏美景，一边品尝服务员送来的花茶，清静且带有诗意。温泉区里干毛巾供应充足，还有提供免费的干烝湿烝，不错哦。泡完温泉在热板床做了30分钟按摩，超舒服的。泡温泉期间还可以到温泉休息厅品尝酒店提供的免费水果和饮科，服务周到吖。酒店的餐厅出品也不错，价格也不算好贵，很值得推荐的一家酒店。

南昆山去过几个温泉酒店了，对云顶的印象最好，但这次来，挺失望的，设施很旧，房间里有霉味，花洒好破，配的沐浴液那些也够差的，毛巾破的都毛毛碎碎的，温泉里改造过，泡池的私密性做的是最好的，不怕下雨，有亭子挡住，随处可见干净毛巾，很不错。早餐也太一般。 总的来说，温泉本身还不错，酒店设施要更换了，很旧，早餐种类也很少。

深圳过去要3个小时，远啊。单从酒店本身而言酒店房间很大，温泉设施完善，温泉私密性很好，酒店服务周到，很多水果和饮料饮料提供，还是很赞。节假日酒店价格高。
