住的Junior suite整体来説还是非常不错的，很新很精致，房间平板操作也和便捷。大的游泳池和桑拿房要过一个马路去它旗下的另外一家酒店里。

Delightful and welcoming Front of House make you welcome from the start and provide information about an iconic building and all it's interesting history. The bars are varied and too suit every taste, please,please,please, experience Vespas.

设施：太精致了，除了没有泳池得借用45park lane以外，酒店的每一个细节都精致到了牙齿，房间里每一个五金件都是黄铜或者擦的像镜子一样的质量很好的不锈钢，基本所有绿植都是真的，连电视都是15w人民币的b&o

非常棒的一次入住体验，工作人员服务热情，态度友好，酒店很漂亮，就是电影里的那种英伦风。房间也很漂亮。酒店位置也相当便利，步行就可以去海德公园和bond street。酒店的早餐超级好吃，尤其是那个French toasts。中餐厅China tang也很好吃。下次来伦敦还回来这家酒店，也推荐给来伦敦的游客。

安排的房间非常好，在酒店最正的一面，还带大阳台，在海德公园边有这样的配置可以説奢侈无比。顶级酒店服务更不用説，住一次算一生难忘的体验了。

在海德公园旁边、晚上周围环境非常安静。酒店大堂很美，很多鲜花、服务人员都很有礼貌！衞生乾净、床品舒适。这次英国住的最舒适的一家。
