We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away.
However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out.
We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow.
Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

第一次住金融城片区，还不错～每天下午四五点开始酒吧外面就站满了上班族，一杯啤酒一张小桌，可以聊一两个小时。八点后就渐渐安静。是办公区的伦敦没错了～离塔桥很近，附近步行可到几家中餐馆。酒店的早餐一般般，尝试了一次后，我们果断选择tasco的水果牛奶麪包泡麪。或者走到塔桥边，找一间泰晤士河畔的咖啡厅吃个brunch也不错。房间宽敞，设施很新，住宿体验比老酒店好太多。配品也很棒，加入我的伦敦酒店list了。

This hotel is exceptional. Everything has been thought of to ensure guest has the best experience.
Well equipped, swimming pool and spa facilities are much better compared to the similar type hotels.
I would definitely recommend and return back. 10/10.

距离伦敦塔桥步行12分钟左右，酒店很新，房间不大，不能开窗，楼下有商业区，距离车站地铁站也很近，出行方便。可以免费寄存行李，服务热情。特别喜欢酒店提供的酒杯，水晶一样清透。
